Re:     Design logo for the newly formed National Syndromic Surveillance Program

CDC continues to work towards a new internet home for the National Syndromic Surveillance Program.  Recently, the website domain ‘www.syndromicsurveillance.org/com’ was established where BioSense users will find technical documentation for the application, as well as general information for professionals working in syndromic surveillance.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

Design a logo for the National Syndromic Surveillance Program (NSSP).

This logo will be used throughout the program and should represent/embody the following:

Community of Practice – Collaboration – Advancing syndromic and broader surveillance methods – Data Sharing – Information Sharing – National Surveillance Picture – Improving Public Health Response – Cloud based Platform and Tools.

Understanding what we do is not easy, so we thought this community would be the best source for developing a graphical design that represents our work.

You can submit your idea as an individual or your can leverage the talents of your organization and submit one on behalf of your department.

When:      Due by 1/31/15 – the BioSense Governance Group will make their selection by 2/15/15.
