It is an important time to be working in the field of disease surveillance. To build your skills, learn the latest in research, and share best practices and innovative approaches. Join your colleagues from across the globe at the thirteenth annual International Society for Disease Surveillance conference December 10-11, 2014, with Pre-conference Trainings on December 9th, at the Hyatt Regency at Penn's Landing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Now more than ever, the need to convene with colleagues to discuss the cutting edge issues is critical. The theme for this year's conference-Public Health Surveillance - Challenges and Solutions for the Road Aheadsteven - will highlight key challenges voiced by the public health surveillance community with keynote speakers, oral presentations, lightning talks, roundtable discussions, panel talks, and other opportunities to learn more about topics from ebola and flu surveillance to analytics!

We received a record number of submissions this year from 33 different countries worldwide, and we expect this to be our best conference to date! Be part of it!
